Pay for independent contractors is $33.00 per hour. Behavioral Specialist Consultant: Provide assessment, program design and monitoring. Serve as a consultant to implementation team. Work in collaboration with other members of the team in order to design cognitive behavioral interventions through a written plan, which is individualized to the child or adolescent and to the family's needs.
